I’m a personal trainer focused on helping you get real, sustainable results through simple, structured training and nutrition. With 17 years of experience and a background in bodybuilding and strength training, I take a science-based approach that removes the guesswork and keeps you progressing.Every plan is built around your schedule, your goals, and what you can actually stick to—so you don’t just start strong, you finish strong.Outside of fitness, I’m an avid motorcycle rider who regularly tracks and races. No. Everything is designed for your level, and I’ll guide you through exercises, equipment, and proper form so you feel confident from day one.How often do we check in?
You’ll have a weekly check-in on a set day where we review your progress, including photos and key data, to make sure you’re on track and adjust your plan as needed. Additionally, you will have direct contact with me if you have any questions or concerns.How does the meal plan work?
Your nutrition plan is built based on the information you provide in your onboarding questionnaire. From there, we can create a structured daily meal plan or set macro targets for more flexibility. If you’re new to tracking macros, I’ll guide you step-by-step so you feel confident and consistent.How does the workout plan work?
